Yes. We pull from any RESO-compliant MLS feed via IDX or direct RETS. We support most regional MLS systems out of the box — CRMLS, BrightMLS, Stellar, NTREIS, Regional MLS (MRED), TREND, plus 200+ others. If your MLS isn't on the pre-built list, we can usually add it in a week. The only ones we can't touch are a handful of old FTP-only feeds in rural regions — and even those, there's usually a workaround.

All three, plus BoomTown, LionDesk, Real Geeks, Wise Agent, Sierra Interactive, Propertybase, HubSpot, and Salesforce. How do you stay compliant with TCPA, DNC, and fair housing? +
Every outbound call scrubs against the National DNC registry in real time. SMS requires documented opt-in per CTIA. Yes. We pull MLS data via the RESO Web API 2.0 standard using your board's approved data source. Data refresh is typically every 15 minutes. We honor all IDX display rules set by your local board — attribution, disclaimers, sold-listing rules, photo restrictions, the whole stack. If you get audited by your MLS, the data flow holds up.
Who owns the data and the leads? +
You do. Every lead, every recording, every tag, every transcript — yours. If you cancel, we export everything to CSV, JSON, or direct database dump within 5 business days. We never sell your data, we never share it, we never resell your pipeline to "competing" agents in your area. It's written into the contract — page 2, clause 4 — and we'll walk you through it on the call.
What's your cancel policy? +
Month-to-month after the initial 90-day runway. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The setup fee is non-refundable after day 14 (because we're doing the integration work), but the monthly recurring is fully cancellable. No contracts you can't exit. No exit fees. No "early termination." If the thing doesn't work for you, we shake hands and move on.
Can you feed leads back to Zillow or Realtor.com? +
We consume Zillow Flex, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and Redfin leads into your Rivven funnel and route them to the AI voice agent in under 60 seconds. We don't push leads outbound to those platforms (that's not really a thing you can do).
