5. Revision Policy

Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the project price. Additional revision rounds will be billed at $50 per round. A "round" is defined as a single set of consolidated feedback submitted in writing.

6. Ownership & Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client shall own all rights to the final delivered website, assets, and code. The Provider retains the right to display the work in their portfolio and include a "Website by Rivven" footer credit unless otherwise agreed.

8. Cancellation

Either party may terminate monthly maintenance services with 30 days written notice. For project work, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If the Client cancels after work has begun, payment is due for all completed work.

9. Liability

The Provider's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client. The Provider is not responsible for any losses arising from the Client's use of the delivered work.
