Is this 1099 or W-2?
1099 commission contractor. You're paid per client closed, not per hour. You set your own hours and use your own tools (phone). We provide the scripts, demos, and pitch materials.
When do I get paid?
Same day the client signs and pays the deposit. Venmo or Zelle. We don't do net-30 and we don't make you chase invoices.
What if I have no sales experience?
Most of our team didn't either. We give you the exact scripts to read, the exact demos to show, and the exact follow-up texts to send. Effort + consistency > experience.
Do I have to be in SoCal?
Preferred but not required. If you can walk into local businesses in your city — or you're strong on Instagram DMs — you can do this from anywhere in the US.
How does the tier ladder work?
Starter tier is $50/client. As you close more, you move to $75, $100, $150, and $200/client. Top performers also earn override commissions on deals their referrals close.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can pause, ramp up, or stop whenever. Just keep us posted so we can route leads to active reps.
